I have two things to comment on: first - these guys stand behind their work. Had my brakes replaced 3 months ago and they started squeaking. Returned and they replaced both the pads and the rotors for free. That’s a good customer experience. Secondly- all props go to the office manager- Jeanneth! She is amazing. She clearly makes this place run. Great customer service. Great multitasking skills. Hopefully the owner truly understands how valuable she is!

I can't attest to what kind of work these folks do, since they didn't work on my car. I was willing to pay their $179 diagnostic fee, but the mechanic took one look at my old Toyota and said he "didn't want to get involved" with it. Fortunately, I was able to find a real mechanic elsewhere who was able to diagnose and fix the problem (spark plugs and coils). What kind of mechanic can't do basic engine diagnostics?? I guess if you've got a brand new Lexus they're interested in your business, but God forbid they might have to haggle with a rusty bolt? I was not impressed.

I brought my car in to have them essentially look for problems with my car as I discovered a bald tire on my vehicle. They were able to provide me a very detailed yet understandable explanation of all the potential issues my vehicle had going on with the suspension and then the woman at the counter informed me that I didn't owe them anything since I didn't have them actually do work. I was prepared to pay the $159 for the diagnosis of the issue but they seem to have opted to not charge since they didn't actually do any work to the car. I'm extremely impressed with their professionalism and grateful that they did me that huge favor. As long as I live in Naples, this will be the only shop that I will be using for the services that they offer.

I had been told by Naples Audi that my Q8 needed rear brakes, I questioned that and decided to walk into this shop, immediately Adolfo was extremely helpful, said he seriously had doubts about needing brakes. He offered to have their Audi tech check out the car, $35 I said sure. Tim looked at the car, doesn't need brakes, 24,000 miles left at least and they didn't charge me. They were so accommodating that I got a price for 3 new tires. I had a nail in one a couple months earlier and Audi put a new one on, Adolfo's price per tire was significantly less than Audi. Great service! Thanks, I'll be back!

Let me first say, I rarely let anyone other than myself touch my vehicle and I have never been impressed or satisfied with a mechanic. This changed when I had a non-DIYable sensor calibration needed. I called the shop and talked to Tim, scheduled me for a day later which was way sooner than expected. I dropped the car off and was called wayyy sooner than expected and was charged way LESS than I expected to pay. In addition to the amazing availability, service, and pricing Tim is a genuine great guy and maybe the first mechanic I have ever trusted. I’m not sure when I will need service again but I can assure you, I am now a lifetime client of Tim and European auto repair. I live close but would easily drive an hour if I needed service. Don’t hesitate to give them a call and have them perform your service. 6 out of 5 stars. Update: I have been back to the shop for other work and I like them even more than I previously did. I feel like I hit the literal jackpot and found the only amazing mechanic shop that exists. Everyone that walks in when I’m waiting seems just as satisfied. Their shop is huge and it’s very clear they got to be this size by building honest personable relationships
